Imagine if you had started one year ago as a female entrepreneur

You know that thought:
"I just need one more training course and then I'll be ready."
"If I take this class, people will take me more seriously."
And you know what? I understand you.
We women often grow up feeling like we have more to accomplish, more to learn, more to prove before we can have confidence in ourselves. But here's the truth: Another certificate won't make you more successful. But this one will.

Why we always think "later" is the right time (Spoiler: it never is!)
“I still need further training, then I can take the next step.”
Many women get stuck in this mindset. They wait for the perfect time, the right opportunity, a sign. But there is a crucial point that successful women have long understood:
There is no perfect time. The only right time is now.
If you keep waiting until you're "ready enough," you'll be waiting forever. Because there will always be another training you could be taking. Another book to read. Another skill to improve.
But while you wait, others will pass you by - not because they're smarter or more talented, but because they take action.
What successful women do differently: They don't wait for permission
Think about a successful woman you know. Maybe a colleague, an entrepreneur, a friend.
What would she have done in your situation?
Would she have waited for someone to tell her she was "ready"? Or would she have taken a chance and given herself permission?
Women in Switzerland start fewer businesses than men, even though their entrepreneurial potential is huge. One reason is that women are often more reserved and less confident - even if they have the same qualifications as their male counterparts.
The truth is: No one is going to tell you one day that you are "ready. No one is going to guarantee that it will work. And that's why successful women just get started.

What can change in a year if you just start as a female entrepreneur?
Imagine if you had just started last year.
Where would you be today?
Maybe you would have created your first proposal. Maybe you would have gotten your first clients. Maybe you would be working on your own business instead of hoping for the next career opportunity.
Instead, you're sitting here today - still wondering if you need more training to be "ready enough.
The question is, do you want to be back here in a year?
Reflect on yourself: Imagine it's 2026 - what has changed since you started today?
What decisions would you have to make today to be where you want to be in two years?
What advice would you give your best friend if she were in your situation?
What is the worst thing that can happen when you start? And what is the best thing that can happen?

It's now or never: what's really holding you back?
It's not a lack of knowledge that's holding you back. It's the fear of taking the first step.
But here's the good news: You don't have to be perfectly prepared to become a female entrepreneur. You don't need to know everything. You just have to start.
If you've been thinking that you need more training to get ahead-maybe you don't need more knowledge, you need a new direction.
If you've been thinking about starting your own business for a while, this is your sign.
