Are you already using ChatGPT correctly in process management?

I have a love-hate relationship with AI.

When I was writing, it drove me crazy. My texts sounded soulless and interchangeable. This annoyed me so much that weeks ago, I started writing my own texts again and only checked them for grammatical errors with AI.

At the same time, I love AI. I'm fascinated by ChatGPT's rapid growth, which reached an incredible 100 million users just three months after its launch. ChatGPT helped AI, whose origins date back to the 1930s, achieve its breakthrough. Since then, generative AI has become mainstream.

But generative AI is evolving as quickly as it has come. In just eight weeks, I had to revise my finished concept for a ChatGPT course. This shocked me, because AI has only been as commonplace in the workplace as using a smartphone for two years. So, if even a freshly developed concept using ChatGPT becomes outdated after just a few weeks, how quickly will we miss out on the opportunities ChatGPT offers us for our daily work?

This is precisely where the problem lies: Many people use ChatGPT, but only to a very limited extent. If you've only used ChatGPT for writing texts so far, you're only scratching the surface. While you use it as a practical tool for individual tasks, others are using ChatGPT to further develop their processes and process management.

Why ChatGPT changes your process management

I had to revise my course content because new features made things easier.

For example, connectors have been available since June. These allow you to connect ChatGPT with other applications. In Switzerland, the offering is still limited, but a look at the US shows which applications are already available. Imagine: ChatGPT automatically analyzes your anonymized customer data and tells you: "Call customer X, they're ready to buy."

Such developments demonstrate how dramatically ChatGPT can transform your process management. Processes that were once time-consuming can suddenly be automated.

Reality instead of hype

As an entrepreneur, I really encourage you to use ChatGPT not just as a better Google. If you haven't already, invest in a paid license. It's financially worthwhile and will keep you on track.

Staying on top of things can be challenging: The pace of development is rapid. New features are sometimes released daily . Keeping up with all that can feel like you'll never finish.

But this is where the deciding factor is whether you prepare your company for the future. Process management is the backbone of your processes. If you know how to use ChatGPT specifically for this purpose, you'll gain an advantage over those who don't.

Many entrepreneurs use ChatGPT for writing texts, such as emails or LinkedIn posts. However, with ChatGPT, you can simplify routines and free up time to reinvest in your core business.

Three easy ways to integrate ChatGPT into your process management

  1. Questioning routine tasks

Which tasks are constantly repetitive and take up too much time for you or your team? ChatGPT can be used for these tasks.

  2. Making processes visible

Especially as an entrepreneur, you often face the problem of having to do so many tasks that seemingly no one can do for you. Write down these processes and let ChatGPT create a guide from them.

  3. Test ideas faster

With ChatGPT as your brainstorming partner, you can easily explore new product ideas, sales processes, or marketing strategies. Instead of spending a long time thinking about them, you can develop different versions, compare them, and decide which ones to implement.

Choose your next step consciously

If you're thinking, "That all sounds good, but when am I supposed to get started?" you're not alone. Many people lack the time or patience to deal with these rapid developments.

This is exactly where my workshop comes in. Over two half-days, you'll learn how ChatGPT simplifies workflows in your company. In the first half-day, you'll get an insight into the current features, and in the second, we'll work together to identify which processes you can improve with ChatGPT.

Ultimately, it's a conscious decision. Do you want to continue treating ChatGPT like a better Google, or use it as a strategic tool for your business?
